We offer a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week emergency repair service via our after-hours emergency contractors.
Please note that if your emergency call is attended to and is deemed not to be an owner’s corporation issue, you may be liable for the fees and charges related to the attendance at your property as a result of the call.
If a contractor attends to your call and it is not deemed as a common property matter, the call out fee will be charged to the lot owner.
